Troy Goldsby, Director of Interstate Contracts
& Fisheries Management
Troy Goldsby is a distinguished expert in aquatic ecosystem management, currently serving as the Southern Division Director of Interstate Contracts and Fisheries Management at Jones Lake Management. With over 25 years in the field, he has led numerous large-scale projects across the southeastern United States, focusing on aquatic vegetation control and fisheries management. Troy’s leadership extends to several prominent industry organizations. He is the current President of the Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration Foundation (AERF), where he collaborates with industry, academia, and government stakeholders to promote sustainable water resource management. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Aquatic Plant Management Society (APMS), contributing to the advancement of aquatic plant management practices. In recognition of his contributions to conservation, Troy was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Wildlife Federation in 2024. His expertise was instrumental in the Bill Dance Signature Lakes project, which earned the Conservationist of the Year Award for its significant impact on enhancing lake habitats and recreational access in Tennessee.
